Notably, he led the discovery of RTN-001 at Surface Logix, Inc. and contributed to transitioning eight candidate molecules into clinical development at Bayer Healthcare, including Nexavar.

Alison is a physician-scientist with over 25 years of experience in inflammation and cardiometabolic diseases. Alison most recently served as Chief Development Officer at Mineralys Therapeutics, overseeing trials for resistant hypertension. She previously held leadership positions at Molecules to Medicine Advisory Group, Axcella Health Inc., Selecta Biosciences, and Sanofi-Genzyme and Baxalta, where she helped secure FDA approval for Xenpozyme® and Adynovate®, respectively. Alison completed her internal medicine training at Johns Hopkins and Cardiology fellowship training Massachusetts General Hospital, and is Board certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiology.

Alex brings over 15 years of financial expertise in the corporate and Wall Street sectors, specializing as a biotechnology equity research analyst and finance executive providing strategic guidance to biotech firms from preclinical through commercial stages in the oncology, immunology, neurology, and cardiovascular sectors. He has successfully raised over $500 million in capital and was instrumental in the $1.2 billion acquisition of Ventyx Biosciences by Eli Lilly. Alex holds a B.S. in Finance from Indiana University and an M.B.A. from Boston College's Carroll School of Management.

Craig held leadership roles at Pfizer, Sanofi, Arena Pharmaceuticals, and Evofem Biosciences, and has 36+ years’ experience in pharmaceuticals and medical devices. Craig has extensive expertise in regulatory strategy across all stages of development and has been involved in development and commercialization of numerous therapeutics. He holds degrees from Boston College and Walden University.

Sabine has held key positions in small and growing biotech companies, overseeing development and partnership activities across the R&D lifecycle. With nearly 20 years of strategic and operational leadership, she brings extensive cross-functional experience at the program, portfolio and corporate level. She was instrumental in the development of several lifesaving therapeutics, including the CV metabolism drug Praluent® and the Immuno-Oncology agent Libtayo® among others. Sabine earned her Ph.D. in Canada and completed her postdoctoral training as a Howard Hughes Scholar at UCSF.
